Nepal Telecom has launched an IP TV service under the brand name (NT TV) via FTTH since 1 January 2021. Telecom has succeeded in introducing the Triple Play definition by offering voice and data services from the FTTH service as well as the NT TV service.

At the event, he said he was very excited that Nepal Telecom was offering audio, internet, and television services from the same cable as the state-of-the-art service. He said that it was the company’s duty to provide such services nationally and to make them competitive in the nation.

Similarly, the Secretary of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hari Prasad Basyal stressed the need to extend the FTTH service across the nation.
