NIBL Ace Capital

NIBL Ace Capital Limited, Nepal Investment Bank Limited as its parent company, has been functioning as Depository Participant since 2014. As such, it launched a Free DEMAT account in support of the “One Nepali, One DEMAT account” Campaign by the Government of Nepal. The offer starts from the 1st of Baisakh, on the joyous occasion of New Year 2076. NIBL is offering the free DEMAT Account offer from Lazimpat, the NIBL Ace Capital, Kathmandu as well as all the other branches of NIBL Bank.

On that note, the Capital remained open on 16th January, Saturday for a fixed amount of time. The Capital remained opened even during a weekend to provide the following services:

  • DEMAT account open/renewal
  • Mero share account open/renewal

The capital remained open explicitly for these services since Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited is to issue 8,00,00,000 units IPO (Initial Public Offering) from Magh 2, 2077. This IPO is worth around 8 arba and is the biggest IPO in the history of NEPSE (Nepal Stock Exchange). The IPO will close on Magh 6.

As this amazing opportunity presents itself, NIBL Ace Capital wishes that no investors are left out. This is why even during a weekend NIBL Ace Capital provides its services. NIBL’s wish is to let people be a part of the NIFRA IPO issue, a landmark in the history of NEPSE.
