NIC ASIA Bank Limited has announced the consolidation of three branch offices across the Kathmandu Valley as part of its ongoing operational optimization initiative.

The consolidated branches will officially start combined operations from Mangsir 7, 2083 B.S.
The bank confirmed that the restructuring is intended to streamline regional branch management, optimize resources, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Consolidated Branch Details And Distance Proximity
The consolidation plan pairs three existing branch locations with nearby receiving branches to minimize disruption for account holders:
- Dillibazar Branch: Merging into the Kamaladi Branch, located approximately 1.4 kilometers away.
- Lagankhel Branch: Merging into the Thamel Branch, located approximately 1.5 kilometers away.
- Kshetrapati Branch: Merging into the New Road Bishal Bazaar Branch, located approximately 800 meters away.
Uninterrupted Banking Services And Security Protocol
NIC ASIA Bank assured customers that all routine and digital financial services will continue seamlessly throughout and after the consolidation transition.
- Record Security: All customer account records, physical documents, and electronic profile data will be securely transferred to the respective receiving branches.
- Service Continuity: Account numbers, cheque facilities, and digital banking access will remain fully functional without requiring manual re-registration.
- Customer Advisory: The bank requests all clients associated with the affected branches to direct future physical banking transactions to the designated receiving branches starting Mangsir 7, 2083 B.S.
