Fully Damaged Facilities: Operational activities at the Syafrubesi Branch, Timure Branch, and Mailung Extension Counter have been suspended until further notice due to complete structural damage sustained during the flood event on 2083/05/10 BS.

Infrastructure Outages: Operations at the Ghunchhe Extension Counter are temporarily closed due to severe disruptions in local electricity grids and telecommunications networks caused by the disaster.

Customer Guidance: The bank expressed apologies for service interruptions affecting clients in the region during the natural disaster.
