NMB Bank Limited has announced that its services will be temporarily disrupted due to a data center update. The bank has informed customers that its services will be unavailable on Friday and Saturday, December 13 and 14, 2024, due to the scheduled update.

The disruption will begin on the night of December 13 at 10:30 PM and will last until 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
During this period, several banking services will be unavailable, including card services, mobile banking, internet banking, IPS (Instant Payment Service), and the call center.
Impact on Customers
As a result of the data center update, customers will not be able to access or use the affected services during the downtime.
This includes conducting transactions through debit/credit cards, accessing mobile or internet banking platforms, and using the IPS system for immediate payments. Additionally, the bank’s call center will also be unavailable during this time.
