Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer, HMD Global says that the Nokia 5.3 is unique for the company because it features a lot of firsts for a Nokia smartphone at this price-point. It brings an AI-powered quad-camera, as well as the first Snapdragon 665 in a Nokia device.
Design and Display
Durability never looked so good. The Nokia 5.3 comes with a sleek glass front with a durable composite back that’s designed to honor its Nordic design heritage. It is available in three beautiful finishes – Cyan, Sand, and Charcoal.
The display bezels are thin and the screen has a waterdrop notch that houses the selfie camera. Meanwhile, the back has a circular module for the quad-camera setup. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back right below the camera module.

For storage, the Nokia 5.3 comes with up to 6GB of RAM coupled with a 64GB of storage. The internal storage is expandable, so insufficient memory won’t be a problem.
The Nokia 5.3 just keeps getting better with two years of Android upgrades and three years of monthly security updates. It will also come ready for Android 11 and beyond. Pure Android delivers a software experience with a streamlined interface and no bloatware.
