Non-IT Experts Found Teaching CS-related Courses in the BCA Program of TU FOHSS

Tribhuvan University Faculty of Humanities and Social Science has been teaching BCA since 2074.
The four-year bachelor’s program with 8 semesters introduced courses with a combination of different IT subjects with non-IT subjects and made course codes based on the nature of subjects.
The program gave the course code of CACS to Computer Application and Computer Science, CAMT to Maths, CAEN to English, CASO to sociology, and CAAC to Finance and Accounting.
This means the courses related to CACS are taught by IT and Engineering Experts. The other course except this code is taught by the expertise from the related field.
But it was found that in some of the colleges, the code related to CACS was taught by the experts of sociology misusing their power.
This is a crime and the ultimate victim of this crime are the students.
It is better that a non-IT Ph.D. holder work in their domain and not play with the future of the students. Or else, there will be doubts about Ph.D. itself.
