Nepal Telecommunications Authority has directed to make Smart Telecom services more efficient and reliable.
As Smart services provide users with a range of benefits, such as high-speed internet connectivity, cost savings, and flexibility, The telecommunications company issued a notice on Tuesday stating that some Smart services are not operational in certain parts of the country, and has instructed to address and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The regulatory authority has stated that the classification of telecommunications services as highly essential services allows the continuation of services even after the license has expired.
Smart’s license is set to expire on May 2, but the company has already shut down its services in certain parts of the country because of that many people are facing different difficulties.
