The Nepal Telecommunication Authority has requested to register any complaint regards telecommunication on its website.
Now any complaint against any telecommunication service provider can be registered directly on the authority’s website.
Consumers can report their concerns on the company’s website, which has a ‘complaint management system‘ for filing complaints.
The service provider has been responding to customer complaints through phone and email. No complaints can also be reported on their website too.
To make these complaints more organized and accurate. The authority has asked all consumers to report their complaints directly on the company’s website in addition to the office phone number and e-mail address.
