Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of TVS Motor Company in Nepal, has launched the all-new TVS NTORQ 150 in Dharan.
The launch took place during the much-awaited Bipul Chhetri concert, bringing together the excitement of live music and the Hyper Sport character of Nepal’s first 150cc Hyper Sport Scooter.
The event saw TVS enthusiasts, media representatives, content creators, dealers, and guests come together for the unveiling of the newest and most powerful addition to the NTORQ family.
The TVS NTORQ 150 was officially unveiled on stage by renowned singer Bipul Chhetri; Mr. Paurakh Luitel, Managing Director, Paras Automobile – TVS Itahari; and Mrs. Karuna Pudasaini, Senior Marketing Manager, Jagdamba Motors.
Set against the energy of the concert, the unveiling marked a significant moment for the TVS NTORQ brand in Eastern Nepal.
The TVS NTORQ 150 is powered by a 149.7cc, air-cooled, O3CTech engine that produces 13.2 PS at 7,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm.
It accelerates from 0–60 km/h in 6.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 104 km/h, offering riders a performance-focused scooter built for a more dynamic riding experience.
Inspired by stealth aircraft, the scooter features MULTIPOINT® projector headlamps, aerodynamic winglets, jet-inspired vents, colored alloy wheels, a naked motorcycle-style handlebar and a signature T-shaped tail lamp.
Its sporty stance, bold styling and signature muffler note reflect the racing DNA of the NTORQ brand.
Speaking about the launch, Mrs. Karuna Pudasaini, Senior Marketing Manager, Jagdamba Motors said, “The TVS NTORQ has created a strong connect with young riders across Nepal through its performance, technology and distinctive design. With the NTORQ 150, we are taking that legacy forward with an even bolder and more powerful offering.
Launching it during the Bipul Chhetri concert in Dharan made the moment even more special, bringing together the passion for music, youth culture and Hyper Performance.”
Additionally, she added, “Dharan is an important market for TVS, with a vibrant community of young and progressive riders. Through the launch of the TVS NTORQ 150, we aim to further strengthen our presence in the region and offer riders a product that reflects their evolving expectations.
The enthusiastic response at the launch has been very encouraging, and we look forward to seeing the NTORQ 150 become a strong choice among riders in Dharan and across Nepal.”
The TVS NTORQ 150 is equipped with TVS SmartXonnect™, offering more than 50 connected features, including turn-by-turn navigation, last parked location, call and message notifications, and ride modes. It is designed to offer a smarter and more connected riding experience for today’s generation.
For rider confidence and convenience, the scooter comes with Single Channel ABS, traction control, hazard lamps, and follow-me headlamps. Telescopic suspension, adjustable brake levers, a patented E-Z centre stand and 22-litre under-seat storage further add to its comfort and everyday practicality.
The TVS NTORQ 150 is available in three colour options — Stealth Silver, Racing Red and Turbo Blue — at an introductory price of NPR 3,69,900. It is now available through Jagdamba Motors dealerships across Nepal.
With the Dharan launch, Jagdamba Motors continues its commitment to bringing innovative, performance-led and technology-driven mobility solutions to riders across the country.
