Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF) Kathmandu Chapter has selected the top 15 startups for the 2022 edition of the Startup Awards.
The organization, which invited applications for the award last August, selected 15 startups from among 156 startups. Startups working in various fields like tech, gaming, agriculture, etc. have been selected for the award.
The Startup selected from various fields are Saarang, Agro Range Nepal, Byte Care technology, We sell cotton candy, Chyau Bio, Skill Sewa, Zero Circular, Chimpvine, Bugv Software, Cura Health, Poshilo Foods, Dark Matter Productions, Lanceme up, and Delish DairiesDiyo AI.
NYEF selects startups that are its members, are registered with government-designated offices and have been in the market for less than five years. Selected startups will receive expert sessions to sharpen their skills and prepare for competition at the NYEF Startup Awards 2022 on November 11.
According to the organization, the first and second place and People’s Choice Award will be given in the competition. The best startup company will receive 150,000, the second runner-up will receive 75,000 and the people’s choice will receive 50,000 cash.
The Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF) will also provide new entrepreneurs with much-needed exposure, mentorship, and investment opportunities.
