Police Clearance Registration System

2 March 2021, Kathmandu

There is no need to go to the police office for the documents of conduct known as ‘Police Clearance Report‘ for foreign employment and other purposes.

Nepal Police has started the arrangement of providing conduct papers online from Sunday.

The service-seeking applicants themselves can receive a police report by printing it in color on standard paper size A-4. To get a police report, you need to fill out the application form online. The police report will be obtained within 24 hours of submitting a scanned photocopy of the requested documents along with the application form.

According to the Conduct Branch of the Police Headquarters Work and Crime Investigation, the report obtained online has been checked by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Approximately 2,500 to 3,000 applications are received daily in various District Police Offices, Metropolitan Police Offices, Ranipokhari, Police Headquarters, and Police Circles across the country, including the Kathmandu Valley.
