Prabhu Bank Limited is a commercial bank in Nepal. The bank is a commercial A-class bank authorized by the Nepal Rastra Bank and has offices throughout the entire country and offers full commercial banking services at its head office in Kathmandu.

Prabhu Bank has launched a mobile banking service that enables users, to pay travel charges via QR code while traveling on Safa Tempo in Kathmandu Valley.

Users of other bank mobile banking services will also be provided with the service. The QR code will be available at Safa Tempo operated by women drivers in the Kathmandu Valley in collaboration with Sewa Bank and Idea Studio Nepal.

Prabhu Bank’s QR code has been placed in the Safa Tempo operated by women drivers. By scanning the QR code from their mobiles, passengers on a safa tempo can easily pay their fare.

Passengers will be freed from the hassle of carrying cash to pay their fares through this QR code service launched by the bank. The bank is optimistic that digital payments will also help.
