To facilitate the distribution of returns to eligible investors, both schemes have established their official book closure timeline.
- Last Day for Dividend Eligibility: Investors buying or holding units until the close of trading on Bhadra 24 will be entitled to receive the declared dividend.
- Book Closure Date: The unit registration books for both funds will remain closed for one day tomorrow Bhadra 25.
- Dividend Rate: Both Prabhu Select Fund and Prabhu Smart Fund have declared a 12 percent cash dividend including applicable taxes for their unitholders.
- Eligibility Requirement: Unitholders whose units are held as of today close of trading on the Nepal Stock Exchange will receive the cash dividend.

The cash dividend distribution plan was finalized during a formal meeting of the board of directors of the scheme manager held on Bhadra 5. Following the board decision, the fund manager set the book closure dates to finalize the list of unitholders who qualify for the 12 percent return on their investment. Unitholders registered in the book before the closure date will receive the cash payout directly according to standard procedures.
