Nepal Investment Summit 2024 (#NIS2024), Nepal’s key private sector umbrella organizations, including the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), and Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC), have voiced their commitment to fostering private investments and economic growth in the region.
FNCCI President Message
Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal, President of FNCCI, highlighted the significance of the summit in showcasing a diverse range of investment opportunities within Nepal’s thriving economy. With a focus on critical sectors such as infrastructure, energy, tourism, and manufacturing, the summit aims to align investment projects with the nation’s developmental goals.
Equally enthusiastic about the summit’s potential, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Agrawal, President of CNI, emphasized the importance of attracting both domestic and foreign investments to drive economic prosperity. He expressed confidence in the summit’s ability to catalyze private investment, including foreign direct investment (FDI).
Mr. Rajendra Malla, President of NCC, underscored the collaborative efforts between the private sector and the government to create an enabling environment for investment through essential reforms.
