- Joint Governance Board: Chief Patron Mohammad Muqtada Musalman proposed forming a joint board across participating associations, while Patron Mohammad Aziz Ali emphasized enhancing the structure and effectiveness of community outreach.
- Chain Command Project: Society President Azmat Ali introduced plans to build an initial core fund of at least NPR 10 million to launch the Chain Command Project.
- Sector Focus: The planned initiative aims to establish sustainable integration across agriculture, processing, production, and marketing, alongside providing healthcare and educational assistance to underprivileged students.
