Event Schedule and Venue: The two-day residential program was held on Bhadra 21 and 22 (September 7 and 8) at Kabilas Resort in Chitwan.
Regional Representation: The session convened 24 employees and representatives operating across Lumbini Province, Gandaki Province, and the Chitwan Region.
Facilitation Leadership: Key training modules were led by Shailendra Shrestha, Head of Marketing Department; Rajendra Poudel, Regional Head of Chitwan Region; and Saroj Adhikari, Provincial Head of Gandaki Province.

Instructional Modules: The curriculum covered practical training methodologies, public presentation techniques, communication strategies, participant management, and effective subject-matter delivery.
Practical Application: Participants engaged in interactive presentations and group exercises to apply concepts, refine training delivery, and build instructional confidence.
Cross-Regional Integration: The event established an internal forum for staff across different provincial jurisdictions to share operational experiences, localized insights, and industry best practices.
