Rigo Partners with VoxCrow for Improved Customer Experience

VoxCrow, a leading people-centric technology, service & solution provider, has partnered with Rigo, a prominent enterprise software development company based in Nepal, to integrate its advanced call centre software – GetDesk.

The collaboration aims to enhance Rigo’s customer service and streamline its operations to offer clients an efficient and effective customer experience.

Rigo, has recently entered into an agreement with VoxCrow to use their cutting-edge call centre technology, GetDesk. VoxCrow is a voice-based service provider company that has quickly become synonymous with call centre software in Nepal.

Rigo is one of the most trusted human resources and enterprise resource planning (ERP) application development companies in Nepal. It has been run by experienced professionals in the area for more than a decade. With this new partnership with VoxCrow, Rigo aims to enhance its call center management capabilities and provide its clients with a seamless and efficient customer service experience.

VoxCrow’s GetDesk has already been adopted by over 85+ businesses and organizations in Nepal, including Fonepay, Buddha Air, Norvic Int’l Hospital, CARE Nepal, Foodmandu, Bhoj, Aramex, Garima Development Bank, Shangrila Development Bank, MOCO Wallet, City Express, SIPRADI, CG Holding, Biz Bazaar, Pathao Nepal, as well as the Government wings like National Identity Card (NID), a Registration Department under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

With this new partnership, Rigo and its clients can expect to benefit from the innovative call center technology offered by VoxCrow’s GetDesk and enhance their customer service capabilities.

How to get VoxCrow’s GetDesk (Call Centre Software) service?

According to VoxCrow, GetDesk is suitable for organizations that receive 100+ phone calls a day.

The company charges a one-time fee of 40,000 to 50,000 rupees for the initial setup, which consists of Initial Soft Skill Training, Tool Training, Customer Service Audits & all required physical setups of the Workstation.

GetDesk is available in Basic and Business editions, and after the setup, the service can be availed at 4,000 to 5,000 rupees per user / per month.
