Royal Enfield’s inaugural Mega Service Camp 2025, organized by Alpha Automotive, concluded with great success. The event ran from March 7 to March 9 at the Royal Enfield Service Center in Balkumari, Lalitpur.

Meghraj Poudel, Director of Alpha Automotive, officially inaugurated the camp and welcomed the participants. The camp offered exclusive services, including special offers, expert consultations, and interactive sessions aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Event Highlights and Offers
The Mega Service Camp offered a variety of exciting features for Royal Enfield riders. Customers were able to enjoy special service offers, including 10% discounts on spare parts, lubricants, and labor charges. Participants also received free bike washes, bike exchange options, and bike finance services. The event allowed attendees to interact with expert technicians, and they had the opportunity to participate in lucky draws and fun games.
Additionally, a safety session on helmet awareness was organized, and customers were provided with an opportunity to learn about the best practices for bike maintenance and repair. These activities aimed to enhance the overall experience of Royal Enfield riders and foster stronger connections between the brand and its customers.
High Participation and Positive Feedback
Nearly 2,000 individuals attended the three-day camp, with over 500 bikes serviced. Both new and long-time riders actively engaged in the event, and there was strong participation from female riders as well. Attendees expressed their satisfaction with the services and the opportunity to interact with the experts present at the camp. One participant, Pranjal Nepal, shared, “After seeing the promotion on Facebook, I decided to attend. I got my bike serviced and learned so much about bike parts and repairs. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful to Royal Enfield Nepal.”
