As the lockdown extends in most of the country due to the COVID-19 outbreak, smartphone companies have been most affected. With the halt in manufacturing lines and shutdown in different places, it has slowed down their business. To keep up with the product and to stay connected with their trusty customers, Samsung has come up with their new idea.

The idea is to provide a virtual test facility of their three new products (Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, AND S20 ULTRA) to the customers stuck at home. These new products from Samsung were launched in February 2020, shortly before the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic. After the launch, most of the stores of Samsung have been shut down in many different countries.

Check features virtually

This new approach would help their customers to check the specs of the smartphone and pre-order online. You can have your virtual tour of the store via videos, check the features online, get a 360 view of the smartphone’s physical body.

You can visit Click Here a link to check their products. The website lets you check different features of the smartphone. You can click on the option of “Hands-on” or “Virtual Tour” to check features like zoom feature, 8K, bright night, etc.
