Mr. Binaya Kumar Shrestha has been recently unanimously re-elected as a Director and Chairman of the Board. Amidst a ceremony, Acting Governor of Nepal RastraBank Mr. Chintamani Shiwakoti administered oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Shrestha. Senior officials of Nepal Rastra Bank, directors and senior officials of Sanima Bank were present in the ceremony.
