Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Announces Dividend and Annual General Meeting

Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited has announced a 5.263 percent cash dividend for its shareholders and called its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Sanima Middle Tamor Dividend 

The board of directors meeting proposed to distribute the cash dividend (tax inclusive) from the distributable accumulated net profit up to the fiscal year 2082/83. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after being approved at the upcoming AGM.

AGM Schedule and Book Closure Details

The company has scheduled its annual general meeting and announced the official book closure date for dividend eligibility.

• AGM Date: The 11th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Friday, Ashwin 30.
• Meeting Agendas: The AGM will discuss and decide on various company matters, including the formal endorsement of the proposed 5.263 percent cash dividend.
• Book Closure Date: The company announced that its shareholder register book will remain closed for one day on Ashwin 19 for the purposes of the AGM and dividend distribution.

Eligibility Criteria for Dividend

Shareholder eligibility for attending the meeting and receiving the proposed dividend is determined by the book closure date.

• Eligible Shareholders: Investors who traded and purchased shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) by Ashwin 16 and have updated share ownership in their names will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the cash dividend.
• Dividend Source: The 5.263 percent cash dividend (including applicable tax) will be provided from the accumulated net profit available for distribution up to the fiscal year 2082/83.
