A scam link has been circulating in the name of Bhatbhateni Supermarket. Scam links are being spread on social networking sites and the internet saying that a new branch has been opened to the users.
If you click on the link, you will see a fake website interface similar to that of Bhatbhateni Supermarket. It is mentioned that if you answer the question mentioned below, you will win five thousand rupees. Below is a photograph of the person involved in the Bhatbhetni supermarket.
Users are asked various questions, and if they answer, they can win five thousand rupees. Answering the question gives the hacker access to the user’s device. As the questions are easy, anyone agrees to answer the question.
Similarly, the website has fake feedback at the bottom, which increases the risk of the user falling into a scam. In this way, the hacker carries out a phishing attack by fooling the user.
Cyber security experts say that they can hack bank and social media accounts with these types of links. After the Scam link was spread through social media, Bhatbhateni Supermarket has officially requested not to open such links saying that the link is being spread as a scam and not to provide personal information in the link.
The link has been spreading quickly. Users are requested to not open such links for the security of their accounts and valuable information.
