• Parcel 3: Land registered under the name of S.K. Bahuddeshya Krishi Firm located at Sarlahi District, Balwa Sokhana-03/3D, plot numbers 211 and 250 with areas of 2701.12 sq. m. and 1324.93 sq. m. respectively, including all attached structures.

Key Bidding Rules and Conditions

• Application Fee: Non-refundable fee of NPR 500 per tender form to be deposited in the bank’s “SDBL-Other Non-Operating Income” Account No. 91504901050101.
• Earnest Money Deposit: Bidders must deposit 10 percent of their quoted bid amount into “SADBL-Auction Deposit (Lilami)” Account No. 12015901000501 via Manager’s Cheque, Good for Payment Cheque, or cash deposit receipt attached with the tender form.
• Asset Inspection: Interested bidders may inspect the collateral properties as-is during office hours prior to submitting their bids.
• Default Penalty: The successful bidder must pay the remaining balance within the specified timeframe to transfer land ownership; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the 10 percent deposit.
• Blacklisting Provision: If no valid bids are received, the bank reserves the right to initiate blacklisting procedures with Nepal Rastra Bank without further notice or pursue recovery through other legal means.
