During his time at Nepal Investment Mega Bank (and previously Nepal Investment Bank Limited), Sijapati held key executive posts, including Senior Deputy General Manager and Executive Credit Officer. He also represented the bank on the board of National Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha as Chairman, expanding his footprint across commercial banking and microfinance sectors.
