Siddhartha Bank 4% Cash Dividend

Direct Credit to Bank Accounts
Shareholders with dematerialized (Demat) accounts and updated bank details received the dividend directly in their accounts. The book closure date determined eligibility, and dividends were credited starting January 12, 2025.

Update Bank and Demat Accounts
The bank has requested shareholders who haven’t updated their bank details to do so through their depository participants (DPs). Similarly, those holding physical shares need to dematerialize them to access their dividends seamlessly. Siddhartha Capital, the bank’s share registrar, is assisting shareholders with the process.

Guidelines for Pledged Shares
Shareholders with pledged shares as of December 28, 2024 (Poush 13, 2081), must submit a “No Objection Letter” from the respective financial institution to receive their dividends. For shareholders who cleared loans after this date, a release letter from the institution is required.

Efficient and Transparent Distribution
Siddhartha Bank is committed to ensuring smooth and transparent dividend distribution. It has encouraged shareholders to update their records to avoid delays in future payouts.
