iTunes was developed or started in 2001. It is used in devices including the iPod, iPhone, and iPad, re-image and updates handheld devices.

It is the easiest way to entertain and enjoy yourself. iTunes store app is an app on iPhone/IOS where you can buy and download your favorite songs, movies, shows, podcasts.

In the iTunes store, users can buy movies and songs and even use those products for rent. This may be the reason for Apple for facing legal trouble.

As per a report it is found that the ‘Buy’ button on iTunes is trickery, which is really illegal and might be intolerable for the users if they will be aware of this fact. According to the research, it is also found that Apple has done this many times in the past.

Even professor David Andino said that if he had known the content he purchased from iTunes would become unavailable one day then he wouldn’t have purchased it or paid the high amount for it.

Generally, the term buy means to purchase or acquire something. But, the apple is misusing the term.

It is just showing fake expectations to the users and it’s like taking advantage of the customers as they have paid for a high amount for the products and the products bought by the customers are useable only for a short period of time although they paid an amount of money.

Now, the case is being serious and there is an authoritative warning/order for Apple and it may face legal hassle unless the company and plaintiff reach a certain solution or a point.
