The World’s most popular Website developing Software, i.e., WordPress related Conference “WordCamp Butwal 2020,” is going to be held on the heart of the Rupandehi District. This event will take place on The Durbar Lawn located in Yogikuti, Butwal, on Magh 11 (January 25).
WordCamp is an internationally organized event in different countries around the globe. “WordCamp Butwal 2020 is the first-ever international conference regarding the information technology sector in Butwal,” says Madhav Dhungana, a software developer by profession and Lead Organizer of WordCamp Butwal 2020.
According to statistics, among all the websites on Internet, 2 out of 5 websites are built using the WordPress platform, while in Nepal, about 6 out of 10 websites are found to be made on the WordPress platform. As WordPress is a popular open-source software and can be easily learned and easy to use, its use is increasing qualitatively. There are more than 500 IT companies and thousands of freelancers working in WordPress in Nepal.
In this program, 20 well-experienced WordPress experts from Nepal including India and Japan will be presenting and share experiences on various topics. Since the program will also discuss and interact with various topics and areas related to WordPress, this program will be important for bridging the gaps between students and companies who are working professionally in IT and who are seeking the opportunities to work in IT companies.
