TVS’s 1st International AOG Marquee Ride Reaches India

The first ever international Apache Owners Group’s ride ‘Marquee Ride’ was flagged up on Thursday amid a special function held at the premises of Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) head office in Kathmandu.

The function was attended by several renowned personalities including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NTB,  DR. Dhananjay Regmi and CEO of Jagdamba Motors, Deepak Kumar Agrawal. The international ride that is slated to continue for 21 days entered the Indian territory via Raxual on Friday.

Speaking at the event; Regmi committed to TVS that ‘the board will give full support in the promotion of the ride via advertisement and Public Service Announcement (PSA).’  Regmi said, ” Considering that the ride has the potentiality of promoting Nepali tourist destination in several states of India, we have decided to support this ride and I am sure this will go a long way.”

This is the longest ride ever organized by TVS Nepal which is estimated to be more than 6,500 kilometers long. According to the company, more than 500 Apache riders applied to participate in the ride. The ride aims to strengthen the bond between humans and machines with various entertainment activities and games. Company is claiming that the quality and performance of the bikes will be tested amid the Ride that is featuring 160 series, 200 series and RR 310 category of Apache bike.

Speaking about the routes of ride; after departing from Kathmandu, it goes through Raxual, Gaya, Rourkhela, Sarangarh, Godia, Amravati, Aurangabad, Satara, Goa, Udpi, Mysuru, Banglore, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam, Brahmapur, Bhadrak, Kolkata, Bhagalpur, before concluding the ride in Kathmandu through Raxual.

Riders from Nepal and Bangladesh will be meeting up in Rourkhela and Riders begin for Goa participating different routes, riders also enjoy sightseeing at different places of India during the ride.

This will be the first international ride with Apache Owners Group from Nepal and Bangladesh, which will be a true culmination of motorcycling culture and rider grit on one of most successful premium bikes TVS Apache.”

Motosoul ultimate biking festival is happening in Goa on the 3rd & 4th of March, it’s a biking festival with loads of biking events, gigs, and at the same time TVS will be showcasing their legacy & Custom bikes as well. To participate in Motosoul event riders will be coming from different parts of India.

The sole distributor of TVS’s two-wheelers in Nepal, Jagdamba Motors PVT. LTD (JMPL) formed Apache Owners Group- a forum of Apache Owners that aims to celebrate biking enthusiasm through different engaging and entertaining events. The forum that was established in May has successfully garnered more than 700 passionate and like-minded AOG members from all across the nation.

The forum has successfully conducted 28 rides including 12 chapter rides and 16 Marshall Rides till date.

Apache Owners Group has always been actively engaging in a plethora of philanthropic, promotional, entertainment and educational programs.

A community knitted by Apache owners from all over India and other nations, the Apache Owners Group riders unite to ride together into explorations and adventures while creating bonds for a lifetime. This is the AOG Brotherhood.
