Actress, social worker, and entrepreneur Shweta Khadka has invested in Ultimodeal Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. The company, which started in 2017, is emerging as a trusted eCommerce business in Nepal. Started from a small budget, Ultimodeal has become a multi-million-dollar company today.

The popularity of e-commerce sites is increasing recently in the Nepalese market. With that in mind, Sweta Khadka has decided to invest in the e-commerce business. According to the actress, she has invested in order to achieve the goal of digitalizing Nepal’s retail industry. With Khadka’s entry into the company, she has also been elected as the chairman of the board.

‘The company’s primary goal was to provide good quality clothing with cheap prices from traditional wears manufacturers. Later, we diversified into other categories to provide customers with a better shopping experience, ‘said Manish Ghimire, CEO, Ultimodeal Online Shopping Pvt. He also added that the company is providing quality products at the same price as in physical stores and delivering the products in the customer’s footsteps.

According to him, the online shopping company has a plan to strengthen the delivery in remote areas as well. The company is also providing various goods by collaborating directly with the producers and suppliers. Ultimodeal now offers a variety of items which include groceries, electronics, games and consoles, health and fitness, men’s and women’s fashion, automobiles, books, snacks, noodles, gifts, and more. Also, you can sell your goods by becoming a vendor in it.

Young Entrepreneurs of Ultimodeal started with the goal of providing better e-commerce services in order to fill the gap left by existing online retailers. The company supplies products all over Nepal and has an Easy Return and Exchange policy. They also provide the feature of tracking the order by email address & tracking id. For Payment Cash on Delivery is applicable for Kathmandu valley and Bank Transfer or digital wallet (eSewa) for other cities.
