WorldLink Communications is one of the most popular and arguably the largest Internet Service Provider in Nepal. Its state-of-the-art network that operates the finest fiber backbone has boosted the popularity of Worldlink Internet in Nepal.

According to a report by NTA, Worldlink had a total of 368,787 Internet subscribers as of Jestha, 2077. Serving over 70 districts in Nepal, the ISP provides high-speed internet solutions up to 100Mbps with HD IPTV services.

In fact, it is the first ISP in Nepal to provide IPTV service and also to win an International award.

Worldink has done wonders in the field of internet and network connectivity in Nepal. It also has over 10,000 Free WiFi sites throughout the country.

The ISP has made sure that no matter how small or large-scale the enterprise, it caters to its requirements. It has several plans for residential broadband and SME. At the same time, Worldlink can prepare custom plans to deliver internet solutions to enterprises.

As you can see, this package involves the installation of 2 TVs for which Worldlink has activation charges for Primary and Secondary set-top box (STB).

Similarly, the refund amount is NPR 500 which you have to pay first-hand. Obviously, this amount will be returned at the time when you cancel your subscription.

However, you need to return the router back in order to claim the refund.

It is the same for the STB as it too, like the router, is rented. You will receive Rs 500 refund amount when you return the STB back after you cancel your subscription.

Worldlink SME Packages

Worldlink has prepared special packages for small and medium enterprises. As of now, there are two packages namely, SME Prime and SME 24.

Let’s get an insight into their pricing, shall we?

SME Prime

As per the ISP, this package is specially designed for consultancy, remittance, currency exchange, travel agencies, and day time game zones.

Its bandwidth double from 7 AM – 7 PM which is the prime time for internet usage in SME. Hence, the name SME Prime.

As per the ISP, this package is specially designed for restaurants, call centers, small hotels, premium houses, and work centers.

The reason why the package name is SME 24 is that its bandwidth double 24 hours.

The one-time set-up charges are the same as standard packages for both SME packages.

Worldlink Internet Features

The mentioned packages also come with some features that reassure what internet service should really stand for.

One of these is SafeNet, which is Wordlink’s parental control solution. It ensures child safety for home users and also networks security for office users. SafeNet basically allows customers to have better control over the accessibility of their internet.

Worldlink also has provision for compensating in case customer’s issues are not responded to within 24 hours. Worldlink calls it Time Back, which basically means that the ISP makes up for the loss caused by internet outage or maintenance.

Now, there is another interesting facility from the ISP, which is something called Wi-Fi Mobility. This means that WordLink customers can surf the internet in over 10,000 different locations in Nepal after a basic initial setup on their smart devices. Customers can connect to any myWorldLink WiFi using their SSID.

And when it comes to paying for its services, you can easily do it with digital wallets like eSewa and Khalti. In fact, you can do it using the myWorldLink mobile app where you can select the payment method between the two.
