Xiaomi Launches Its New Authorized Service Center In Nepal

Xiaomi, a global technology leader, today announced its latest Authorized Service Center (ASC) in Nepal. Situated in Mahendrapool, Pokhara. This is the company’s first service center in Pokhara in Gandaki Province and the fifth service center that Xiaomi has launched in just eight months. Other service centers are located in Kathmandu, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj, and Itahari.

Xiaomi, as a brand, has showcased diligent efforts to build and maintain the highest benchmarks towards quality and process, and the expansion of the after-sales service network in Nepal marks a significant step towards the same. Each service center is around 400 sqft with a dedicated team of professionals and technicians to assist users in resolving issues quickly.

The launch of these service centers has witnessed an increase in the use of authorized products in the user community in Nepal. A dedicated team for delivery and collection inside a valley, consistent quality checks, a dedicated service warehouse, and collection points . In all major markets across the country providing better accessibility are instrumental in showcasing the commitment of the brand to the Mi Fans in Nepal.
