MoU Between Xtend Business Solutions and byteRays Technology for “Digital School”

Agreement between Xtend Business Solutions and byteRays Technology for “Digital School.” Digital School is one of the priorities taken by Xtend Business Solutions (XBS) to fully empower the entire Academic Sector through the use of relevant software and related technologies.

On January 20, 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between XBS and byteRays Technology for provisioning complete ‘Digital School’ via the Academic ERP Software named ‘GuruChela.’ XBS is a ‘Software Ghar’(Software Marketplace) in the Nepali ICT industry. In contrast, byteRays Technology is one of the software development partners of XBS.

The agreement was signed by the Managing Director of XBS, Chiranjibi Adhikari, and Chairperson of byteRays Technology Netra Poudel during a special program organized in the capital. Chief Technical Officer Chandra Bilash Bhurtel and Chief Operating Officer Ramesh Rimal of XBS, and Director of byteRays Technologies Arjun Shrestha, were also present during the program.

Following this agreement, XBS will provide cost-effective and fully-functional Academic ERP software for universities, colleges, and schools of Nepal through its national network. XBS also plans to subsidize the software price for model schools in Nepal as part of its corporate social responsibility.

The school management software (ERP) shall meet all general requirements for proper management of secondary and higher secondary schools, according to the company.
