The beneficiary academic institution is situated in Balkot, within Ward Number 2 of the Suryabinayak Municipality inside the Bhaktapur district.
The social assistance package was deployed as part of the financial provider’s active Corporate Social Responsibility campaign. The initiative aims to enhance the infrastructure of community-run schools across the Kathmandu Valley.
LOGISTICAL DONATIONS TO UPGRADE DIGITAL LEARNING
The commercial banking house donated one brand new portable laptop along with three fully operational desktop computer setups to the local academy. The newly supplied hardware is expected to upgrade the school’s teaching and learning environment immediately.
The tech deployment provides young students with improved access to digital information systems. Local instructors can now integrate computational tools into their primary curricula, bridging the digital divide for children enrolled in public systems.
FORMAL EQUIPMENT HANDOVER CEREMONY
The educational machines were transferred during a special program organized inside the school courtyard. The corporate items were personally delivered by NIC ASIA Bank Assistant Chief Executive Officer Ranjan Khadka alongside Kathmandu East Circle Head Ganesh Poudel.

The hardware assets were officially received by the School Management Committee Chairperson and Ward Number 2 Chair Janardan Khadka, who was accompanied by School Principal Sabina Rajbhandari. A large delegation of teachers, young students, parents, and bank officials witnessed the operational contract signing.

The regional public school currently provides education to more than 170 children from diverse socio-economic background levels. The corporate management believes this specific hardware donation will contribute significantly to establishing active digital learning zones inside the institution.
