Android 5.0 Lollipop Is Set To Roll Out To The Sony Xperia Z3

Sony announced a brand new Xperia Z3 smartphone on September 2014 which was released the same month that comes up with an Android OS v4.4.4 (KitKat) up-gradable up to v5.0.2 (Lollipop) and planned to upgrade to v6.0 (Marshmallow).
This phone supports GSM/HPSA/LTE network configurations. This phone has a dimension of 146 x 72 x 7.3 mm (5.75 x 2.83 x 0.29 in) having a thickness of 7.3 mm and weighs about 152 grams. It uses a nano-SIM card. This phone is IP 68 certified dust proof and water resistant up to 1.5 meters and over 30 mins. The display is of 16 M colors and has IPS LCD capacities touchscreen.
The screen size is 5.2 inches, and the screen-to-body ratio is 70.9%. The screen resolution is 1080 x 1920 pixels which are precisely 424 PPI pixel density. It supports multi touch up to 10 fingers and comes up with Scratch-resistant glass and oleo-phobic coating protection along either Luminous display and X-Reality Engine.
It has got Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 chipset, and CPU comprises of Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 processor. The GPU used is Adrenal 330. The internal memory available is 16 GB/ 32 GB, and it contains 3 GB RAM. It supports a micro SD card that could be expanded up to 128 GB(dedicated slot).
The primary camera comprises of a 20.7 MP, f/2.0, 25 mm, autofocus, LED flash camera while the secondary is 2.2 MP, f/2.8, 1080 p@30 fps camera. The camera has got features like 1/2.3″ sensor size, 1.12 µm pixel size, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama mode. The video quality is 2160 p @30 fps, 1080 p @60 fps, 720 p @120 fps and HDR.
The microphone jack is 3.55 mm, and the phone comes with stereo speakers. The WLAN supported are Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, and hotpots. The Bluetooth version is 4.0, apt-X. It supports NFC connection, and the USB available is micro USB v2.0 (MHL 3 TV-out)and USB host. The browser is HTML 5 and the GPS technology available is A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS.
It also contains FM radio with RDS. It also comes with accelerator, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer. The charging is very fast with 60% in 30 mins but only on Japanese versions with ANT+ support. The battery used is Non-removable Li-Po 3100 mAh battery that gives up to 890 h (2G)/ up to 740 h (3G) standby, talk time up to 14 h (2G)/ up to 16 h (3G) and music play up to 130 h with the endurance rating of 85 h.
The colors available are Black, White, Copper, Silver Green, and Purple. The main disadvantages of this phone are the battery used is the non-user-replaceable battery, and the phone seems slightly more substantial than most direct rivals.
