The Computer Association of Nepal (CAN) Federation has requested that the payment period be extended. Because the government has been unable to pay the tax on time due to the injunction.

Since it is hard to access the office and collect the details. The federation has asked the government to extend the deadline for submitting details of value-added tax, excise duty, advance tax deduction of income tax, and payment of tax amount.

Employees are unable to come to the workplace to file their tax returns and pay their taxes on time because they have been infected and have a high level of health sensitivity.

Therefore, CAN Federation has requested that the Nepalese government extend tax payment time.

It also asked the government to retain information and communication technology as basic resources. And to give special consideration to future policies, projects, and budgets.
