CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (CHDC) is a public limited company founded by Clean Energy Development Bank. The company opened its IPO to the general public from 17th Baisakh and closed on 21st Baisakh 2078, at the end of banking hours. The company has issued a total of 25,18,230 unit shares worth Rs.25.18 crore.
The issue had received applications from 1,685,627 valid applicants who had applied for a total of 24,645,735 units. The issue was oversubscribed by more than 10.52 times.
CEDB Hydropower’s IPO has been allotted. The IPO allotment was made today at the office of Sunrise Capital, the issue and sale manager of CEDB Hydropower.
A total of 1.73 million 949 people had applied for the IPO. Of those who applied, 1.685 million were eligible, and the rest were ineligible.
Two lakh 34 thousand 195 people have received shares at the rate of 10 lots by participating in the round. Four of them have received 11 lots of shares.
