Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has announced dividends to their shareholder for the last fiscal year 2076/77.
After the company’s board of directors meeting on Chaitra 21, 2077. The company has decided to propose a 17.8947% dividend to its shareholders. And from total dividend, 9% bonus share and 8.8947% cash dividend.
The company had distributed a bonus share of Rs 270,000,000. As well as a cash dividend of Rs 266,842,105 in the last fiscal year 2076/77.
The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval by the government and the upcoming annual general meeting.
