The victims, who lost their homes and livestock in a devastating fire in Baisakh, received essential relief items aimed at easing their immediate hardships.

The relief distribution, which took place recently, included a range of basic necessities such as rice, lentils, potatoes, onions, oil, soybeans, rags, tents, sarees, and towels.

This initiative reflects Citizens Bank’s commitment to aiding the community, particularly those severely impacted by unforeseen disasters.

The event was graced by the presence of the bank’s Madhes state head, cluster head, Rajbiraj branch head, and other employees, along with social service intellectuals from the village. Their collective effort underscores the bank’s dedication to community welfare and support.

Citizens Bank, known for its accessible banking services over the past 17 years, has pledged to continue its efforts in driving positive changes across social, economic, cultural, and educational spheres.

The bank believes that such initiatives, even if they provide temporary relief, can significantly improve the daily lives of those affected.
