Civil Bank’s Launched ‘One Hour Zipp Payment’ and Virtual Dollar Card Service on their Eleventh Anniversary
Civil Bank Limited has celebrated its eleventh anniversary by launching various services at its head office and organizing various programs.
Pratap Jung Pandey, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, inaugurated the Priority Banking Service at the Bank’s Head Office and Prakash Tayal, Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank inaugurated the Call Center Service and Missed Call Banking ‘Ek Ghanti Zyapp Payment’ service.
Similarly, the bank has started the service of paying electricity tariffs from just one miss call.
The bank has also launched Civil Bank International Virtual Dollar Card service. The Virtual Dollar Card, which can be availed from $100 to $500, can be used to purchase international services and goods online.
The bank has also launched Civil Virtual Assistant “Siva.” The bank said that the chatbot Civil Virtual Assistant “Siva” had been launched to address the queries of the depositors immediately and perform various banking services through hassle-free artificial intelligence.
On the occasion of the annual festival, a blood donation program was organized with 59 branches in 38 places, including the main branches of the bank spread across the country.
The bank has launched various services. Inauguration of Priority Banking Services, the Bank has launched Priority Banking Services for hassle-free and dedicated banking services for special individual depositors.
