Dipesh Bista has been appointed as an information and technology expert by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
Engineer Bista was named the Prime Minister’s ‘IT Expert’ by Prime Minister Deuba today. Bista has been appointed an IT specialist by the Prime Minister, according to a source in the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
Bista has been designated as an expert to perform joint secretary services.
Bista previously worked for the Nepali Congress’s Information, Communication, and Publicity Department as the coordinator of NC Win (Nepali Congress Wide Information Network).
He graduated with a master’s degree in rural development and a bachelor’s degree in engineering management in 2012.
He also served on the Nepal Engineering Council’s board of directors for two terms. He was also the former General Secretary of the Nepalese Democratic Engineers (SIDEN).
