Having problems on how to activate the internet in Ncell and NTC? Then don’t worry you have arrived at the right place. In this article, we have provided you with both automatic as well as manual steps to activate the internet in NTC and Ncell.

Nowadays the internet has been the basic need for all people. Either it is education or business without internet you will face various problems. So, the internet is a must need for all.

All the people may not have facilities of Wi-Fi and have to depend on the cellular data provided by their respective network providers. So, below are the steps to activate the internet in Ncell and NTC.

How To Activate Internet in Ncell?

Nowadays the new Ncell SIMs have internet activated by default. But if not then you can follow the steps below to activate internet in Ncell

  • First Option: Type A and send SMS to 900224.
  • Second Option: Dial 900 and follow the provided instructions.
  • Third Option: Dial *100# and follow the provided instructions.

Choose any one option from above then

  1. SMS ALL and send it to 9595.
  2. You will now receive an automatic setting
  3. Save the setting
  4. All done! now you can open mobile data on your phone and use the Ncell internet

Alternative Method

If somehow you are facing a problem with the automatic method. You can also set up internet data settings on your Ncell phone manually. For the Manual method, Just follow the steps given below:

  • Go to the Settings of your phone.
  • Click on Internet Setting/Cellular/Mobile Data or Network Settings.
  • Now choose Mobile Network.
  • Select your Ncell SIM
  • Tap Access Point Name (APN).
  • Add a new APN
  • Insert Name as Ncell and APN as Web.
  • Save the setting.
  • Activate the saved setting.
  • Turn on Mobile Data.
  • All Done! Now you can use Ncell internet

How to Activate Mobile Internet in NTC?

Before activating the internet in your NTC SIM you should have registered SIM. Don’t worry if you haven’t registered your SIM, just follow the steps below to register NTC SIM.

  • For GPRS: SMS “VGPRS” to 1415.
  • For 3G: SMS 3G to 1415.
  • To activate 4G: Dial *444# and then press 1 button.

Once you are done you will receive a verification message for the activation of the service from Nepal Telecom. After that follow the given manual steps to activate the mobile internet settings on your NTC SIM phone.

  • Go to the Settings of your phone.
  • Tap Mobile Network/Mobile Data/Cellular Option. (depends on your phone)
  • Tap on Acess Point Name (APN).
  • Add a new APN
  • Insert Name as “NTC” and APN as “Ntnet”.
  • Now save the new APN and make it the default connection.
  • Turn on Mobile Data.
  • All Done! Now you can use NTC internet
