Janutthan Community Microfinance is a Class D financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. The central office of the organization is located in Butwal, Rupandehi. Its official working area spans a total of 19 districts across the country. This includes 11 districts in the Terai region ranging from Parsa in the east to Kanchanpur in the west, along with eight districts in the hill region.
Eligibility Criteria and Experience Requirements
The Chief Executive Officer position is currently vacant, prompting the call for qualified candidates. Applicants must meet specific criteria set according to regulatory guidelines.

Educational Background and Experience: Candidates must hold either a master’s degree in a subject prescribed by Nepal Rastra Bank along with a minimum of seven years of work experience, or a bachelor’s degree paired with at least 10 years of experience in a managerial position within banking financial institutions or community financial services.
Age Limit: Eligible applicants must be at least 30 years old and not exceed 60 years of age as of the application deadline.

Salary, allowances, and other remuneration benefits will be finalized through mutual agreement in line with the prescribed norms of Nepal Rastra Bank.
