Qualifications for Manager Position
Applicants for the Manager role must meet one of the following eligibility combinations.
- First option: A master degree in any discipline from a recognized university along with a minimum of three years of professional work experience as an Assistant Manager in a bank or financial institution.
- Second option: Candidates holding a bachelor degree in any discipline with at least four years of professional experience as an Assistant Manager in a bank or financial institution are also eligible to apply.
Qualifications for Junior Assistant Position
Candidates applying for the entry-level Junior Assistant position must meet the basic academic benchmark.
Applicants require the completion of the School Leaving Certificate or Secondary Education Examination with at least a D+ grade and a minimum Grade Point Average of 1.60.
Age Limits and Relaxation Rules
The microfinance institution has set clear age criteria for applicants based on the vacancy categories.
- For the Manager position, the upper age limit is 45 years at the time of application.
- For the Junior Assistant position, the maximum age limit is 35 years.
