Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the bonus shares of two companies.

As by NEPSE:

Everest Bank Limited:

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) offers customer-friendly services through its large network of ABBS systems, allowing customers to carry out business transactions from all branches. The bank has 102 Branches, 132 ATM Counters, 31 Revenue Collection Counters, and 3 Extension Counters throughout the country making it a very effective and open bank for its customers, wherever and anywhere.

It has listed 4.2 million units’ bonus shares and distributed a 5% bonus share also 5.53% of cash dividend to the shareholders from the year 2076/77.

Prime Life Insurance Company Limited:

Prime Life Insurance Company Limited has always maintained a high degree of corporate standards, zero tolerance, and philosophy of performance-driven work. The Business values the faith and trust of the insured and is equally committed and responsible to becoming a trustworthy entity under which the insured interests are strongly protected. It is essential for the Company to ensure honesty in all its activities and to uphold and respect it at all times.

It has listed a bonus share of about 1.5 million units. It has distributed a bonus share of 7% to the shareholder.
