Nepal Merchant Bankers Association has urged the customers to use the service online. Due to the current situation caused by the Covid -19, the association urges all members and customers to prioritize online services for the duration of the lockdown and bans to reduce the risk of corona infection, keeping in mind the health of customers and employees.
The association said that in case of any problem related to Mero share or EDIS during online transactions, the problem could be resolved by contacting the company’s phone number and the email and mobile number mentioned on the website.
He urged to do the work of buying and selling shares online and to use only EDIS while selling shares.
Similarly, as per the directive issued by the Securities and Exchange Board on Friday, all the remaining public relations services from the office have been postponed for the time being, and only its staff members have been instructed to provide services through the minimum staff. The rest of the service is said to be operated online from work from Home.
This would be helpful and convenient for both the staff and customers as it doesn’t hamper people from being denied access to the service, and there won’t come any health issues. People can use the services anywhere, anytime according to their preferences.
