Ncell’s 3G SIM can now be changed to 4G at home for free. Users no longer need to run to the company’s customer service center to change their 3G SIM to 4G.
Similarly, If a customer with 3G SIM wants to change to 4G, write your name, phone number, and address and send an SMS to 17120 while sitting at home.
Ncell has said that after sending the SMS, free home delivery will be made to the said address through its delivery partner, City Cargo.
