Educational and Professional Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements: Candidates must possess a Chartered Accountancy qualification or a bachelor degree in management, banking, finance, monetary economics, commerce, accounting, statistics, mathematics, business administration, public administration, or law.
Professional Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of five years of officer level experience within banking, financial institutions, government bodies, organized entities, universities, or international agencies.
Preferred Qualifications: Special preference will be accorded to candidates with prior experience as CEO, Deputy Executive Officer, or managerial-level leadership in microfinance, alongside practical knowledge of information technology applications.

Age Cap: Applicants must not exceed 58 years of age as of the final application deadline.

Required Documentation: Submissions must include full personal details, resume, work history, copies of Nepali citizenship, academic certificates, and foreign degree equivalence certification where applicable.
