The online application system for driving licenses will be closed from Mangsir 1.
The Department of Transport Management has closed the online application for licenses from Mangsir 1 for an indefinite period to mobilize staff for the elections.
On Friday, the department issued a notification stating that the online application system will be closed until the next notification is published, as the employees of the respective offices will have to be deployed in the elections of the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly to be held on Mangsir 4.
The Election Commission has mobilized the government employees of various election services. Department of Transport has apologized to the general public for the inconvenience during this time.
