5th November 2022, Kathmandu

Xiaomi has opened its official store at Itahari in Sunsari.

In collaboration with Arun & Brothers Pvt. Ltd, Xiaomi has opened its new store in the Jai Nepal Hotel building near Gorkha Department Store on Dharan Road. Intending to double the number of its stores, the brand has planned to open new and modern stores across Nepal.

Saurabh Kothari, Country General Manager of Xiaomi Nepal, said that after the opening of the new store, it will be much easier for customers to shop, and at the same time, the objective of expanding our seamless offline network will also be fulfilled.

In this new store, all retail functions such as supply chain management, product availability, and delivery measures will be integrated under the main brand. Since Xiaomi Nepal will look after all the retail processes of these branches, it is believed that the transparency of the brand will be maintained, as a result of which customers will be able to get many benefits.

According to the company, this step reflects its enthusiasm for Xiaomi to provide the highest convenience to customers by opening new and modern stores in Nepal.

Customers will get to interact directly with the brand at every stage of the retail process. According to Xiaomi, the relationship between the customer and the brand will be even closer after the opening of its official store.
